The TruePoint POS is designed to be a drop-in replacement for the MuthaGoose platform, and to easily connect and track activity across all the devices in a location. TruePoint uses the same pulse-based adapters (Fledgling, etc), for easy, direct connection to existing machines.
Custom Redemption Targets
Each location can be configured to allow a customer to redeem their rewards for any mix of products or services. Are you in a C-Store? You can configure for Food, Gas, or Lottery. A Bar? Setup for drinks, pool table time, or food.
Complete Reporting Tools
Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reports can be generated on the fly. You can filter by event type, user, date, or machine. Daily and monthly reports can be set up to print and email automatically. Three different report types can be printed –Simple, Summary or detailed, showing you all of the activity for a location and for each machine connected.
- A Simple report only shows the total cash in, total cash out, Total on Hold and Total on Accounts (as of time of print or email).
- A Summary report goes a bit deeper and lets you know where funds came from. Directly on the machine, from the POS, or from a player card. You also get totals as to where your customers are finding value with redemption targets.
- The Detail report shows you all of the above, and breaks it out into per-machine cash in and redemption focus.
Player Cards and Holds
With the TruePoint POS you can assign your customers their own Player Cards, allowing an individual to redeem their play session to the card, and use in the future, without a cashier being involved. A machine can be outfitted with it’s own card reader and touchscreen, allowing the customer to transfer credits (and HandCount!) to a machine as desired.
Balances are not global–a card can be used in multiple locations, but each locations balance remains separate from another so that an award liability cannot be paid by another location.
A customer also has the option of ‘Holding’ their rewards for future redemption or replay. When selected by a cashier, the customer is issued a receipt with a one-time use code to unlock their credit for future use. The expiration duration of a held receipt is fully customizable.
Local and Remote Backup & Viewing
A unique feature of the TruePoint POS is that you can perform your own local backups to a USB Drive and have a constant copy remotely stored as well on our servers. In case your internet service is slow or intermittent, our platform synchronizes your local and remote data automatically.
When you log into your dashboard you get immediate feedback into any of your locations activity, with up-to-the minute views on POS activty & Player Card Balances.
