The TrueRoute App was specifically developed to simplify collections for everyone. If your machine is compatible, you can use a simple scanner to capture all of a machines activity automatically. If you are on a legacy device, you can enter your meter values manually, and associate with a location and machine.
Each collection session is instantly accessible to the collector and the office via the TrueRoute web portal.

All the little pieces
Integrated into both our portal and our app is a dynamic inventory control system. Each major component can be entered (Chip, Board, and Cabinet), and then ‘assembled’ into a single machine. Each time you perform a collection, the system verifies that all the machines details have been logged as you go.
If anything is missing, you will be prompted to complete your data on the fly, keeping your inventory records true. Your components stay logged to each other, and all logged to the right location, and know who touched them last.

Know who does what
Granular permissions allow to to control who can see what and who can do what. The TrueRoute system allows you to set custom rues as to what a user can see, edit, or access at all.

Assign each employee a location that they are responsible for, and they will instantly be able to see the collection history, any loans outstanding, the performance trend over time, and any relevant notes, documents, or contracts.
