Reporting and Maps

The reports are available to Operators, Managers, and Franchisees generally, and only to collectors if granted on a per-user basis.

Each report can be customized to exclude different fields or to filter by certain locales, collectors, or even location type. You can name and save any customized report for future reference by clicking ‘Customize’ when a given report is being viewed.

Collections and Deposits

• Collections Summary – This shows the summary results of all collection activity for your organization.
• Collections Detail – Much like the summary, but each machine’s cash in and cashout is demonstrated.
• Location Activity – This demonstrates all of the collection activity on a location by location basis.
• Location Performance – A month by month summary detailing the trends of activity that your locations see. **Note: This report is extremely compute-intensive.
• Location Weekly – A variation of the Location Performance report, focusing on weekly periods.
• A/R Report – This gives you a look into the balances owed of each location over time.
• Loan Report – See any outstanding loan balance that a location may have, and how old those loans are.
• Deposit Summary – Summary details around all deposits made for the date range selected.
• Deposit Detail – An expanded version of the Summary describing each locations’ contributions more thoroughly.
• Undeposited Funds – This will tell you how much cash that a collector is currently responsible for.
• Expenses by Collector – See how often your collectors are claiming expenses as part of their collections.

POS Reports

• Transactions Summary – A combined report of all action seen at your location that use the TruePoint POS.
• Card Transfers – This describes each time that a card was swiped on a POS unit and had the value moved to a different account. 
• Transactions Detail – A more granular version of the Summary. Best used with filtering to get a more comprehensive view of a location or region’s activity.
• Hold Balance – Get an idea of the floating values that have yet to be claimed.
• Player Card Account Balance – The value that players are holding on to, ready for future play.
• Redemption Type by Location – See how people are redeeming their awards.
• Location Daily – A summary of each locations transactions on a per day basis.
• Cash Flow/Activity – A more detailed view into the cashin and redemptions for a given  location

Business Overview

• New Locations – Your newly acquired locations that have yet to be collected upon.
• Inventory Report – See where your components and machines are assigned.
• Inventory by Location – This lists locations and then described how complete their assigneed machines entries are.
• Location Contact List – Handy for building making lists of your locations.
• Machine Movement – See how your machines and components have been changed and reassigned.
• Game Performance – See which games are providing the most revenue and activity.
• Fraud Report – Some collectors will make adjustments to their collections and then edit afterwards. See if anyone is trying to game the system.
• Adjustments Timing – This anti-fraud tool tracks the collection adjustments made by collectors, and describes how long after the actual collection the was adjustment made. 

Maps

A simple mapping tool that allows you to filter by different measurements so that you can see your machine distribution across a given market.
