TruePoint POS Error Codes

This is a system error that is triggered by the Mail service not being installed, or the POS is not connected to a location entry

This redemption ticket has expired

Error sending email. Is the device connected to a location, and currently connected to the internet?

When trying to hold a receipt “Location is not set.”.

When connecting a POS to a TR account the location is not configured correctly.

Not associated with a location. Make sure you are logged in.

System information request failure.

Seen when creating a new machine entry “This machine already exists”

Device is not ready

The HDLC connected machine is not responding

Cannot connect to the HDLC

• Verify that the HDLC is connected to power and that the lights are flickering.
• Remove and re-add the machine.
• If the power was disconnected, reconnect the power adapter, and the system will attempt to contact the HDLC. This will happend every 30 seconds.

When trying to log into a location

Location is not set

An update is required.  Check to make sure you have both a live image and live APK installed.
